    Fast start, got a little dry in the middle, walked around 10 yards in one place. Good strong finish, though.

    Nice cool conditions and no sun (yet) so I took it out a bit further than usual. Last incline was a bit slow, otherwise went OK.

    First leg for the Ragnar Cape Cod relay. Haven't run this far in about 18 months, so this was a test. Wanted to set a good pace at the start and I'm not at all disappointed with it.

    Rough going up both hills, especially with the wind hitting me on the first uphill. No fun, but I got it done.

    Wind at the beginning really made it rough, but once I hit the downhill I was OK. Kind of chilly...37 degrees at the start, felt more like Veteran's Day, or Thanksgiving than almost May.
