C25K Wk 5 Day 1 --- 5 min warm up walk, 5 min jog, 3 min walk, 5 min jog, 3 min walk, 5 min jog, 5 min cool down walk. Walks were at 2.5 speed and run was at 3.5 speed. I JOGGED THE WHOLE 5 MINS EACH TIME!!!!
