    My first workout with Crossfit this morning at 5:30 am. Was AWESOME!! It is in a warehouse with no AC but but it felt great. I am sure I will be sore as hell over the next few days.

    Was going to take a rest day but looked at DM and noticed a BIG FAT 0 on my miles today and it freaked me out. Got to 6 miles faster than ever. Kick butt run!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Took a rest day today. Looking forward to a great "magic mile" this Saturday. Hopefuly can run an 8:15 mile. Last time it was 8:40

    Some days you have it....some days you dont....today I did not have it. Had to shut it down short of 2 miles. Tomorrow will be better.

  6. My profile picture is from White Rock Marathon 2008. It is about 100 yards from the finish line and a PR of 4:37. One of the greatest running days of my life!!!

    Seem to be getting through my miles a little bit faster each day. Only a few seconds but none the less it is a small victory!!! Felt great...almost did an extra mile or two...might tomorrow

    Run went really well. I am convinced that if I am not with my group the treadmill is the way to go. I actually kinda enjoy it.

    This run kicked my butt. First run with my group in a few weeks. Great to see everyone. Went out for breakfast tacos afterward and they were AWESOME!!!!!!!!

    Run went well. Really need to hit the hills and speed work. Really want to run a sub 4:30 marathon at San Antonio in November

  17. Did 45 min on the treeadmill this am. Felt great. Got new motivation last night when I saw a picture of myself in Hawaii from 3 weeks ago with no shirt. Can you say stay away from the buffett.lol
