Oh YEAH! Got the SWEAT a-DRIPPin' and the HEART a-BEATIN'! It may have been DARK, RAINY and WINDY out-SIDE... But I was WORKin' it HARD on the TRAINER! The FORE-cast for TODAY is NOT LOOKin' too GOOD so HAD to THROW it DOWN in-SIDE... What a GREAT way to KICK-off the DAY! The LEGS started out a bit SLUGGISH... But it DIDN'T take LONG for the to WARM-up and ENJOY the SPIN! Mmm MMM Good STUFF! LOVin' it and LIVin' it!

I woke up BRIGHT and EARLY at 4AM to be able to get my WORK-out DONE to START my day' After ROLLING out of bed and GRABBING a QUICK breakfast of a Clif Bar and Diet Mountain Dew... I THREW on a pair of SPANDEX, JUMPED in the saddle and STARTED those pedals a-TURNin'! I rode the first 10 KMs at a moderate effort before it was INTERVAL-time! I did FOUR sets of 10 km intervals consisting of 2 KMs at a HIGH cadence (97-101 rpm) and then SHIFTING into a BIGGER gear and GRINDin' (92-95 rpm) for the last 8 KMs... Show that BURN who's BOSS! It felt WONDERFUL to get the sweat DRIPPING, the legs MOVING, the heart BEATING and the mojo FLOWING to KICK-start my DAY nd out that SMILE on my FACE! Now it's time to get cleaned up and ENJOY the day OFF from the pharmacy :-) Vacation update... Went to the Toledo Zoo yesterday and we are having a little birthday party for my daughter tonight... Should keep me busy, lol :-)
