Good STUFF! I woke up BRIGHT and EARLY at 5AM to be able to get my WORKout DONE to start a busy day... I work TEN hours in the pharmacy and then have a meeting at church tonight :-) I rode on the trainer at a moderate intensity and HIGH cadence (average 98 rpm) and gradually increased the intensity throughout... I was hitting a cadence of 105 rpm at the end of the spin... Loved it! It felt WONDERFUL to get the sweat DRIPPING, the legs MOVING, the heart BEATING and the mojo FLOWING to JUMP-start a long day and put that SMILE on my FACE! Now it's time to get cleaned up and ready for work... Fun FUN :-)
