I worked a TEN hour day in the pharmacy today... Nice and LONG, LOL :-) One thing I was LOOKING forward to was coming home to SPIN-spin-SPIN the WORRIES of the day AWAY! After getting home... I has a Clif Bar, changed into some SPANDEX and I was READY to get those pedals TURNING! My goal was to ride for a SOLID hour at a moderate intensity and HIGH cadence with increasing intensity throughout... The ride was a SUCCESS :-) It felt WONDERFUL to get the sweat DRIPPING, the legs MOVING, the heart BEATING and the mojo FLOWING to END the day and BURN that stress away! Now it's time to relax and enjoy the rest of the evening with the FAMILY :-)

Today's trainer ride #2 stats were: Average heart rate 143 bpm, maximum heart rate 151 bpm, average cadence 96 rpm, maximum cadence 102 rpm and max speed 34.03 km/h. I hope that everyone enjoyed their workouts today! Have a great evening friends and HAPPY TUESDAY!
