I had a LITTLE bit of TIME this afternoon to SNEAK in a QUICKIE before I have to make dinner :-) Plus... This spin will put me at 100 KMs on the DAY! SWEET! I rode at a HIGH cadence throughout the spin and hit an average cadence of 98 rpm! The legs were READY to SPIN from the START! I got my SWEAT ON... My HEART PUMPING... And the MOJO FLOWING... Loved it! It will be time to cook dinner soon... Then it's off to VBS at our church with the family :-) I will be running the sound board and video... Will be good TIMES!
