I decided to do more core workout tonight instead of tomorrow just because it sounded like FUN :-)
Pushups - 13,13,15,15,12,12,10,30 - 120 total - Week 5, Day3, Level 1
Situps - 60,75,38,35,75 - 283 total - Week 6, Day 1, Level 2
I'm loving the CORE workouts... Good stuff! Repeating the pushups workout on the next core day and will move on in the situps to the next days workout on the next core day. Happy Monday!
