YES! After my TEN hour day in the pharmacy today... I am on VACATION for THIRTEEN days! I just HAD to get in a POST-work spin to celebrate, LOL :-) After getting home and eating a Clif Bar... I changed into some SPANDEX, hopped in the saddle on the trainer and started the pedals TURNING! I rode at a moderate intensity and HIGH cadence for the first 20 KMs and then SHIFTED into a BIGGER gear and PUSHED it HARD for the last 6 KMs... Good STUFF! It felt WONDERFUL to get the sweat DRIPPING, the legs MOVING, the heart BEATING and the mojo FLOWING to end my WORK-day with some STRESS-busting FUN! Now it's time to relax and enjoy the evening :-)

Todays trainer ride #2 stats were: Average heart rate 132 bpm, maximum heart rate 138 bpm, average cadence 95 rpm, maximum cadence 102 rpm and max speed 34.87 km/h. I hope that everyone enjoyed their workouts today! Have a great evening friends and HAPPY MONDAY!
