Core - Pushups and Situps

Pushups - 10,10,13,13,10,10,9,25 = 100 total - Week 5, Day 2, Level 1
Situps - 21,21,23,23,21,21,15,15,66 = 226 total - Week 6, Day 2, Level 1
Both programs are going well :-) I had to do BACK-to-BACK days of the core workout because my LONG day at work got switched to tomorrow. I will be repeating the same Pushups workout on my next core day to keep focusing on form... And I will be moving on to the next day in the program for the Situps workout :-) Happy Wednesday!

Fantastic workout Dale!! Now that I have the push ups (seemingly) under control, I was thinking of starting the sit ups. What do you think, is it too much at once?
