I woke up BRIGHT and EARLY at 5:20AM to get some recovery riding in before the HEAT gets here... Supposed to break 100 degrees! The temps were 70 degrees to start, SUNNY skies and winds at 10-12 mph... GOOD stuff! After a QUICK breakfast of a Cliff Bar and Diet Mountain Dew... I changed into my cycling clothes, prepped the Madone and I was READY to GO! The legs were still feeling like they needed some EASY recovery riding from the 100 mile century on Sunday... So I HAPPILY obliged and ENJOYED some time on the Madone and just CRUISED the streets :) It felt WONDERFUL to get the legs MOVING, the heart BEATING and the mojo FLOWING to start the day and put that SMILE in my FACE! Now it's time to get cleaned up and enjoy a relaxing day with the family :)
