Today was Week 3, Day 3, Level 1 of the HundredPushups.com program..
I did a total of 55 pushups in sets of 11-13-9-9-13. Today was Week 1, Day 3, Level 1 of the TwoHundredSitups.com program... I did a total of 37 situps in sets of 6-7-6-6-12. I decided to the core workout today (instead of tomorrow) even though I had just done one yesterday because of my 100 mile Century ride on Sunday... Didn't want to be sore, lol :) Both pushups and situps went well, so I'm moving on to the next days workout in each program for my next core workout on Tuesday.. Happy Friday friends!

We used to call the pushup / situp program a"Herschel Walker" workout, after the running back of the 80's and 90s. They were tough then too :) Good Job Dale!!
