I woke up BRIGHT and EARLY at 5:20AM to get the workout DONE before my THIRTEEN hour day in the pharmacy! I wanted to focus more on recovery this morning, so I kept the effort from easy to moderate. I was able to keep the heartrate in the 120 bpm range and didn't push any bigger gears... Had a SUCCESSFUL recovery SPIN! It felt WONDERFUL to get the legs MOVING, the sweat DRIPPING, the heart BEATING and the mojo FLOWING to JUMP-start my LONG workday and out a SMILE on my face! Now it's time to get cleaned up and face the day :)
Today's trainer ride stats were: Average heart rate 128 bpm, maximum heart rate 136 bpm, average cadence 94 rpm, maximum cadence 98 rpm and max speed 33.05 km/h. I hope that everyone enjoys their workouts today! Have a great day friends and HAPPY WEDNESDAY!
