I actually SLEPT-in until about 7:30AM this morning! This is the LAST day before my Century ride tomorrow... So that means ONE more TAPER spin this morning to keep the legs LOOSE and FRESH! This was an EXCELLENT spin... The legs feel GREAT, I kept the heartrate in the 120 bpm range and I hit between 35 and 40 minutes in the saddle... SWEET! It felt WONDERFUL to work up a little SWEAT and get the mojo FIRED-UP in anticipation of the CENTURY ride tomorrow! Now it's time to get cleaned up, enjoy some family time and get my gear in order before I head down to Columbus tonight :)
Today's trainer ride stats were: Average heart rate 125 bpm, maximum heart rate 136 bpm, average cadence 95 rpm, maximum cadence 98 rpm and max speed 33.05 km/h. I hope that everyone enjoys their workouts and races today! Have a great day friends and HAPPY SATURDAY!
