Another 95 degree run. I fit my runs in whenever I get the chance, even if it's at noon and 95. Plugged a good Driscoll sermon into my iPod and just went. Listening to something other than music really seems to help keep me moving...I don't get as bored. Man I was SWEATY when I got done!!!
