    Knee felt fine, but I HATE running on the treadmill!

  2. Ok, I am coming back to recording on here!!! Tomorrow morning I am running on the treadmill between clients. My eating is starting to get back on track, just need to get my cardio back!

    Goal and plan was 3 mile run....well I blew right past that....I think 4 miles is now my base run, so Friday I will run 4.5-5.25 miles, then 6 on SUnday is the goal. May do abs later with pushups
