went super light. First TM action since hammy pull. Can still feel some weird tension. Probably scarred or something, but didn't hurt. More tomorrow!

Finally back in the gym! Just did some basic arm work. My legs are oddly twice as big as most dudes' legs at the gym so methinks I will rest my hammy a bit longer.
