New treadmill PR and I broke a 13 minute pace average! Knee was bugging me on my run on Sunday, so I went to the chiro yesterday. It wasn't the knee itself but below it from my IT band. She worked on it and loosened it up with some A.R.T. and Graston stuff. Looks like it worked, no pain today! I think I set a new sweat record too, my dri-fit knockoff shirt and my towel were soaked!
