My first half marathon! It was ugly weather, about 50 degrees, windy, and raining. Other than that, it was a good race. I was pretty happy with my pace and nutrition. I stuck to my plan pretty well... read more

good 10 mi 02:02 12:09 pace
My first double digits! Felt pretty good, almost hit my 2 hour goal. Tried EFS for nutrition, that stuff is great! Humid and misty out this morning, very warm. I will follow this up with the triath... read more

Great job! FYI you are at the pace I was running before my first half, which was a 2:15. Everyone is different, but you are in a great spot. Lucky Trails is so far off. What are you going to do with all that time?!?

Easy run to loosen up the legs, not enough running lately. Will do a long run tomorrow and get back on track for my half marathon in March! 10K in 2 weeks, 15K in 5 weeks should be interesting... lol

blah 5.53 mi 01:11 12:54 pace
Not a good run today, but it was something. I ran out of gas just before an hour, had to greatly increase the walk breaks to get on back home. I had intended to go at least an hour and a half, but ... read more

VELO
16.83 mi 01:06 15.3mph pace
It was warm enough to ride with just an extra jacket and gloves. I haven't ridden in a while, but it went pretty well. One flat tire and a near miss with a squirrel made it interesting though!
