    Great! 45 min weight work and then outside for cardio. Walked the first 8 min and then ran the rest. Great weather robe out for anything!

    Not nearly as chilly as it was 17 degrees and there was no breeze. Only saw a skunk digging through the refuse. Totalled 2.7 miles overall for the night.
