      I have to do it, but I think this year is not it. For me, this is going to be the year of the 50k trail runs. I have one in April I'm hoping to do and another in October (same weekend as CM). I'll have to find one around me in July, too, just to round it out. How about I promise to run with DetermiNation when I do head to the windy city for a marathon?

      Ohhhh my goodness, that is amazingly fast for your split times! Wow, awesome set of intervals! Your 155s must really be doing the trick, although I think your body and your past hard work & training is the real key.

      Wow, that is one smoking fast set of fartlek pickups/intervals! Amazing workout David! Have you tried any of the other Inov8 models, or is the 155 your first? I am wondering because I was thinking about trying one of their shoes as a "transitional" shoe, maybe the 233 or 255. I don't think I'm ready for the 155 yet, since I currently run in "traditional" trainers.

      It was difficult, BUT you did it. If you had nailed that pace effortlessly, then it would mean that you hadn't set the right goal. So now you have a good target to aim for. Nice job!

      Wow, that is a VERY impressive pace, David. Good for you getting in such a hard effort workout this morning. I'll be interested to hear you continued comments and opinions on the Inov8 shoes, I've been quite intrigued by their shoes for a long time now. I just wish their "transition" shoe wasn't quite so ugly.
