      Thanks Robin! I'm tough on my self - but I'll be the first to admit I'm a baby of a runner - the weather has been so bad I just couldn't bring myself to go outside!

      Wow, 27K on the treadmill is probably tougher than the 30K in the cold! I couldn't do it, way to go!
