    Rough start from swim to bike to run legs were shot! But pushed to the finish just at cut off all day long

    I got in for my first TRI ever and had a panic attack in the water apparently it's common but it was HORRIBLE I never thought I'd have one in my life rough swim!

    Excellent with a new friend fresh to trails and running but athletic. Awesome person to run with! It was hot but relaxing 90 degree run

  6. I'm not sure of I can considder work training.. But if so I'm doing extreme heat training.. ( beyond bad water ready) heat at work

    Great I ran it with Trudy so it was more relaxed day for me. We got her through it and hopefully this will get her into running legitimately, Since its such an amazing experience to run great races.
