    Eliptical again, this time 40 minutes then weights with Martha, then another 25 minutes... my left hamstring is troubling me, but so far so good... nutrition has been good too!

    Elliptical - 800 calories in 65 minutes... 4.5ish miles... no weights today, ran out of time... tomorrow though, look out!

    not sure how to categorize eliptical machine so... 75 minutes, over 850 cals, almost 5 miles...
