great LIH-LBR-SH-Koloa Bypass 17.09 mi 01:18 13.1mph pace

17.09 MILES - (CD0.5@1mi) NICE RIDE, pretty much same route around Lawai/Koloa. Today passed 6000 miles on this bike (total 6016). More wind today, and increased by the end of the ride. May be last ride until Hurricane Lane decides what to do. Numbers consistent, recoveries much mo betta. Aloha 🌈all y’all .... 333
