14.16 MILES - (CD1.5@2mi) Good ride, finished with Butch, so it was nice. Great weather with a pretty good head wind going out, and HOT ☀️. Numbers not too bad, recoveries a little slower today, but HRs a bit higher all around. I AM BLESSED to be able. It is well ... Aloha 🌈 all y’all .... 333
