12.52 MILES - (CD1.5@2mi) Chilly ride today, all cloudy and fixin to rain again, but still got a good ride in to MM73. Great respiration and recoveries. HR numbers normal. Never really got limbered up - too chilly for that 😱. Aloha all y’all .... 333
