12.53 MILES - (CD2@3mi) GREAT ride with a bit more strength and better respirations. Pace getting faster. Recoveries very good, shorter rests. Was able to inch out another mile or so to mile marker 73. One day I’ll get that climb just beyond the mile marker. GRACE GOT ME today! Aloha all y’all .... 333
