12.17 MILES - (CD3@2mi) Later start than I wanted so it got warm. Legs tanked at about 8 miles, after the Baker Branch incline. Recovery just OK. Gotta work on these legs. HR and respiration recoveries OK - legs, not so much 🤢. Thank you Lord, for putting me in the saddle. Aloha all y’all .... 333
