15.45 MILES - (CD1-) Not TDF brutal, but Columbia AL brutal for this old man. I had forgotten how many inclines there are between home and Farley, at least on a bike. Overall a GREAT day prayin through it several times. Good numbers and recoveries. Aloha all y’all .... 333
