6.14 MILES - FIRST DAY OUT SINCE SURGERY PRAISE GOD THE HEALER! Didn't go as far as normal, but much further than I expected on the 1st day back. Just out there with the road, my Father and his praise music - I don't get any better. Numbers good. HR kinda remarkable, was just a good day. Aloha all y'all .... 333
