    Felt good tonight never really found myself struggling to keep with it, touch of tightning in the hamstring at 4.5 but seemed to dissapear,ran my first sub seven minuter at the end at 6.45.

      I'm sure you'll surprise yourself David!! Six 20 milers is a very solid base to come off. You've also avoided any soreness - so you'll be really ready. This run shows you've got the legs!

    Ran well well tonight for the first time in a good while - no pain in the legs during or after think the physio might be paying off one week of good training then think will back it off for london.
