      Daniel, I think you are going to be fine as long as you run your race. You have had enough opportunity to acclimate for the most part, and the humidity won't be nearly as tough. Boston does a great job at providing water stops. You've done some great training and have already trained on some tough days. I think your original goals are still within reach. I know you can do this! Good luck!!

      Yo! I hope you had a good time in Boston! I stopped giving a fuk a log time ago my friend, it's the way to go!!! Hell I run in pink shoes, don't shave for weeks and havn't cut my hair since Nov... of '10!!! It's Utopia!!! So how bout that status update, how you feeling?

    8 short hill sprints in about 20 seconds each, and 2 long reps in 35 and 36 seconds. Felt much better than the day before. The run out there was hot and humid and pretty hard though.

      Great job Daniel. My opinion is that if you are sure you are not at risk of injury, there is no harm in pushing on as long as you give yourself plenty of time for recovery before the big day. Just my opinion though. :-)
