great Stairmaster / Treadmill Beatdown 10.1 mi 01:30 08:54 pace
Oyyyyy... Started off running 3.5 miles on Treadmill then migrated to Stairmaster where I climbed 350 flights of stairs for 6.6 miles in 1 hour. I slimed that poor machine!

I am so weak! 5 sets of "Good Form" push-ups... 10,12,7,7,9. It's sad when you can easily run more miles than you can do in push ups..
