    Today's 10k train was 6x800, alternating a 9:50 and 10:00 mi pace.(I think that distance is right. I lost my record.) Peeps, I've never run that fast in my life.

    Bad: It was 28 degrees and so overcast it looked like dusk. Good: Last time I ran this route my pace was four solid minutes a mile higher. After that realization I completely forgot about the weather.
