Knee felt good until after mile 3. At mile 5 decided to switch into Vibrams, which reduced the pain. Will be using my vibrams for the rest of my training.

    What kind of knee issues are you having, im having some pain that i think might be runners knee and am thinking about starting the process to change to vibrams. How has the process been so far for you?

    The knee pain comes every time I run and noticed that it gets worse when I extend my leg so I must be landing on my heel. Once I switched to my vibrams I noticed the pain wasn't as bad. I have been using my vibrams for treadmill training, running no more than 5 miles. I don't think I have runner's knee, but you should try it out. Let me know how it goes? :)
