    All was great....until mile 9.5....got sick and had to semi-speed walk the 1.5 miles home. I was going really slow and had 2 planned walking spots, so why do I keep getting sick around 10 miles?

    Had a lot on my mind. Did some praying. Was scared by a Freddie mask on the headrest of a passenger seat when running by! After 3 days of downing Zofran and ginger ale, this felt great.

    It's amazing how resilient the body is! After 3 weeks no workouts and 2 awesome ones so far this week. Took almost the first mile to work out my quads. It was golden after that!!
