All was great....until mile 9.5....got sick and had to semi-speed walk the 1.5 miles home. I was going really slow and had 2 planned walking spots, so why do I keep getting sick around 10 miles?

Meeting went longer than expected, so I got a later start and then had to get back to pick up C4 from school. But I pushed through!! Quads have been really sore lately, even on my last run on sunday.
