    It was so disgustingly hot by the time I hit the trail. These days it feels like I'm running through soup. Yuck.

    I've been feeling really slow lately, and it's been bumming me out. But on my run today I realized it doesn't matter how fast I go as long as I finish.

      I think a lot of us are feeling slower now that the weather has warmed up. Just finish!!!!! That's all that matters. :)

    First long ride on the bike while training for the duathlon. I'm feeling good about it, I definitely think I can do the race now which is a relief.
