  1. RUN
alright Quinnipiac Linear Trail 3.02 mi 00:41 13:29 pace

It was so disgustingly hot by the time I hit the trail. These days it feels like I'm running through soup. Yuck.

  2. RUN
good Quinnipiac Linear Trail 3 mi 00:37 12:11 pace

I've been feeling really slow lately, and it's been bumming me out. But on my run today I realized it doesn't matter how fast I go as long as I finish.

I think a lot of us are feeling slower now that the weather has warmed up. Just finish!!!!! That's all that matters. :)

  3. RUN
good Quinnipiac Linear Trail 3.01 mi 00:39 12:53 pace

It is way too hot out to run in the middle of the day. Lesson learned.

  4. RUN
alright Ten Penny Shamrock Duathlon 03:05

5k run, 27k bike, 5k run. Maybe a race less than 24 hours after finishing the Ragnar Relay wasn't the best idea.

  5. RUN
good Ragnar Relay 2.6 mi 00:27 10:21 pace

    Leg 3

  6. RUN
good Ragnar Relay 4.6 mi 00:57 12:26 pace

    Leg 1!

  8. VELO
    Quinnipiac Linear Trail 00:20

I only had time for a quick bike ride before work, but I figure any activity is better than no activity.

  9. VELO
    great Wallingford 01:00

I'm still getting used to the road bike. It's a process but I think I'm almost there.

  10. VELO
    great 10 mi

First long ride on the bike while training for the duathlon. I'm feeling good about it, I definitely think I can do the race now which is a relief.

  11. RUN
    great ASRC 5k 2.86 mi 00:35 12:20 pace

Nothing like an early morning race to start your Sunday off right. Even though this race was billed as a 5k it was a little short, but I still had a blast and I beat my time from the year before. T... read more

  12. RUN
    Quinnipiac Trail 2.68 mi 00:30 11:12 pace

  13. RUN
good Quinnipiac Trail 3.05 mi 00:38 12:24 pace

My legs were a little tired from biking before hand, but I made it through. I'm excited to build my mileage.

  14. VELO
    good Cycle 5.42 mi 00:35 9.4mph pace

First part of my brick workout. I really love biking, even if it makes my butt sore.

  15. RUN
good Quinnipiac Linear Trail 3.02 mi 00:39 13:00 pace

First 3 mile run done completely with the Bear. It went really well, even if it was a little slow. She had a good time and so did I.

  16. RUN
good Quinnipiac Linear Trail 3.01 mi 00:39 12:52 pace

Another awesome run with Lauren! I really love this Sunday tradition.

  17. RUN
good Quinnipiac Linear Trail 3 mi 00:42 13:59 pace

A nice leisurely run with a friend. It's exactly what I need after 8 hours at work.

  18. FIT
great Wadsworth Falls 2 mi 00:45 22:30 pace

This trail was short but beautiful, and it led to a waterfall!

  19. FIT
    blah Bimbler's Bash 10K 6.48 mi 02:01 18:44 pace

This cannot even be considered a run. It was more like a nature hike, because the terrain was so ridiculous. I guess it was a good workout either way.
