Reasonably fast morning workout. Didn't clock warmup or cooldown on Strava. Timed it in two segments, outbound and inbound, to see how the differing traffic light layout affected things -- which, it turns out, it didn't. 16.4 out, 16.4 back. Not too shabby for a sleep-deprived dude that just spent a week more or less on the bench.
