This is where I have made it to at this point 06-15-2010
182lbs (22lbs lost total) Body Fat 9.5% (19 lbs. of fat lost total) I did burn up 4lbs. of muscle, but have put 2 lbs. back in last 4 weeks.2 people liked what Josh shared-

I burned up 4lbs of muscle in the first 4 weeks. Had to really up my protein the next 4 weeks and still burned up 1lb of muscle. I had cut out so many carbs and changed my diet so much. Hard to get a handle on how far your "New Fuels" go. LOL but I figured it out ;)

I'll echo what Josh said. My first couple of tri's were done on my MTB bike with slicks. Alternatively, you might find a shop that will rent you a bike.
