    Two week layoff so had to get rid of the rust. Will have to gradually build back up. Hope everyone is well.

    I started to feel it at 5.5 mile mark. Was fine up to that point.

      I walk very fast but I read somewhere the optimum is to a 10 minute mile walking. That is impossible unless you are a true race walker. Thanks for liking the new picture. I felt that now I mostly do the elliptical I should not have my older running picture. Can't believe I am eligible for SS this Sunday.

    Good pace on the elliptical. Much easier than those countless miles on the roads and less wear and tear on this old body.
