Pretty good workout. I was all over the place, didn't have a set routine or particular order in doing the exercises. However, it felt great!
Leg press: 4-5 sets; 10-15 reps; nothing to heavy, 360lbs
One Legged Longed: 3 sets (6 sets total); 10 reps; 20-40lbs
Incline Bench Press: 4-5 sets; 10 reps; 75lbs
Shoulder Press: 3-4 sets; 10 reps; 30-40lbs
Upright Rows: 3-4 sets; 10 reps; 40lbs;
Decline Sit ups: 100 reps
Weighted Decline Sit ups: 100 reps; 25lbs
Back and Side Extension: 100 reps
