good Fleet Feet - Grupy Park 5.1 mi 00:52 10:09 pace Easy run today. In a week and half got the shamrock 1/2 marathon. I need to put in a 12-miler and an easy 11 miles before Sunday. Start tapering the last week before the half.

    Good job Curtney. I'd reconsider doing both a 12 and an 11 mile run so close to your race. Or maybe break up one of them into an AM and PM run.

    I was thinking it would be to much as well. I think I will go with just the easy 11 mile scheduled for Sunday and perhaps break the 12 miles up between now and Saturday. I already completed 5 today. :-)
