Nice and easy. A small group today. This run felt more like a drill, lacking UMPH factor. Just one of those days...

Good job Curtney. I'd reconsider doing both a 12 and an 11 mile run so close to your race. Or maybe break up one of them into an AM and PM run.

I was thinking it would be to much as well. I think I will go with just the easy 11 mile scheduled for Sunday and perhaps break the 12 miles up between now and Saturday. I already completed 5 today. :-)
