    It was a great day at the Oakland Running Festival. I would love to do the relay or half-marathon next year. It was one of the best running events that I've been to.

    I loved it. My body needed those stretches. It was funny though, I was sweating so much that my glasses fell off a couple of times when I was doing downward dog:)
