    First half went pretty well, but then I got a side ache that I just couldn't shake. When I got back though, I did jumping jacks, squats, and lunges to get my heart rate kicking again.

      thats one of my distances to i like but i mostly do the shorter races the 5k, 4 mile and 5 mile.. are there alot of races in your area for you to do
