      It's such a fun way to stay active! I'm planning to do some mini bike rides the rest of the month to build up for some longer rides this summer.

    i don't like counting reps so I just do 5 min of each thing.. it seems to work for me

      ...I don't usually count reps either...just do as many reps as you can, then do one or two more!!
