Decided to brave the hills of my neighborhood to try to increase my endurance. To me, running one hilly mile is worse than 3-4 flat miles!!

It's probably because the treadmill is so tedious and outdoors is more enjoyable.

I don't know. I'm just using the treadmill right now. I'm a stay at home mom, and I don't have much time to myself to get out at the moment. I watch the clock a lot when I'm on the treadmill too. :/

I think there's more to look at outside. I tend to enjoy those runs the best too!

Foam rollers work well. The only stretch I know that works is getting on your hands and knees, then lifting one leg with the knee bent.
