It was a bit chilly out for shorts, but felt good nonetheless. This week marks the re-start of all of my previously abandoned good habits. The plan is to wake up an hour early during the week. On monday, wednesday, and friday I'll be doing yoga and tuesday and thursday will be for walking/jogging as joints, etc permit.

This routine fits nicely into my daily and yoga in particular is a great way to get started in the morning, so hopefully I can keep it going. I need to start eating better too, but I'm working on that slowly as I try to continually stock my kitchen with healthy/healthier alternatives.
