      I'm not 100% sure how accurate it is, but it's a pretty decent exercise bike, so I dunno why it would be wrong. I definitely push for speed since I only do 30 minutes or so usually.

      Yeah, I think you're right about that. Something is always better than nothing. Rome wasn't built in a day, but it wasn't built by just standing around either. (Okay so it was really built by an atrocious abuse of humanity in the form of slavery, but that's not part of this metaphor, k?)
