Sweaty, and oh so satisfying. Throughout this workout, my legs felt incredibly strong. I don't know why, but I can't complain. Maybe it's the swimming from earlier? Or the mini Yoga sessions? Whatever it is, I hope it sticks around.

@Alicyn, my pace is definitely improving quickly! I remember what you wrote about 12-13min/mile and thought "geez, that's speedy" but I know if I keep my workouts consistent (walking, Yoga, swimming, etc) something will improve over time.

@Sanda, yes twice around the lake! Ha, it's no joke. It's tough to keep yourself going like that. Except, I had a great mix and watching the sun set was also a bonus treat. Crazy, but I experienced "runner's high" at the 4.25mi mark.

@Sandra, I finished just around 8:30pm and well.. that runner's high? Yeah, it's quickly fading. Today was a pretty active day for me: two walks, Yoga and swimming. I'm ready for a nap!

@Sandra, tonight's sleep is all about recovery. I'm waking up super early tomorrow to get a head start to Friday including a mini Yoga session to jumpstart my morning! Let's see if I can pull it off.

Good for you! I plan on running 3 on the treadmill tomorrow morning so I can eat cake later on (my son's bday!) Enjoy the yoga...I have to do that sometime
